At Hala, we focus on whole-body wellbeing, offering an oasis for both your body and mind, so that you can reach your health potential. Our studio name is based on the word ‘Hala’ meaning aunty, as we believe in creating movement in a space that feels as welcoming as your second home. We strive to make all our members feel welcome and comfortable in out community.

We offer a dynamic range of classes to cater for all fitness levels. Our classes are based on flow, offering layers to challenge your endurance to refine, tone and build strength in both your mind and body.

At Hala, we empower you to switch off and be mindful in your movement throughout your session.
