This is our base level for reformer flow, open to all levels. Whether you are starting your Pilates journey, returning into exercise or prefer a slower flow, this is the class for you! This class allows for progression and is tailored to a variety of abilities as the exercises are layered with a combination of strength and flow. You’ll feel great after this class.

Strength & Sculpt

Based on strength and a faster paced flow, this class is a fusion of deep muscle burn, cardio and stretching. We offer layering options for our exercises and hope that with each class your range of movement and strength increases. The full body workout flow will have your legs shaking down the stairs!

Pilates Starter 
Want to begin your pilates journey in a small group? This is the perfect way to start! A small intimate group of other people at the same level as you learning all the fundamentals of pilates to get your set for your new wellness routine.
