This is the perfect introduction into the world of pilates in a small group of other people at the beginning stage of their pilates journey.

Our Pilates Beginner Program is for those that are just beginning their pilates journey! Starting something knew can be daunting, especially when it comes to physical activities. This is the perfect way to learn pilates in a private group and start a new fitness routine that you will love!

We will be holding our Pilates Beginner Program which is designed to help build your confidence as your progress through the basic fundamentals of pilates in 4 weeks. This will be in a small intimate group of up to 10 participants that are also at the beginning stages of their pilates journey.

Our 4 week program is also a great option for those who have taken a little break from exercise not just to those who are completely new to pilates. Each week you will be guided through proper alignment, breathing techniques in a supportive community.
