Tips to get ready for class

We get it, it can be a little daunting starting at a new studio. But the minute you walk in, prepare to be welcomed with warm arms!

Whether you are a beginner or been doing pilates for a little while, here is a little guide to help you get ready for your first reformer pilates class with us!

~ Please arrive 10 minutes for your first session to discuss have a discussion with your instructor about any injuries, concerns etc

~ Socks are COMPULSORY for all of our Pilates classes due to safety and hygiene purposes. Grip socks are preferred, but any socks are ok. No stress if you don't own grippy socks, we have a great range of Moveactive grip socks available for sale in the studio. Our grip socks can also be purchased via https://moveactive.com.au/

~ Wear comfortable tights or shorts and a workout style top that will allow you to move freely

~ We provide all the equipment you will need, but bring some water and a towel (if you like)

` There is ample street parking available on Bridge street, but always allow an extra 5 minutes on your first visit to find our studio!

Just relax, switch off and be present in your workout!
